杜扬(Seatory)
1988年生于合肥,现居北京。毕业于北京电影学院文学系,目前任字节跳动旗下摄影社区图虫app品牌负责人。
杜扬的创作着眼于探索摄影与文学之间的联结,以及它们之间相互作用的可能性。通过对图片和文字的编排,那些超出于图像本身的叙事性与感性信息形成了她自己的“影像文学”。她的作品及自出版摄影书曾多次展出于国内外摄影节及艺术书展。其中《暗时间》系列入围三影堂摄影奖;于日本名古屋大学clas画廊举办个展《一握砂》。其他包括英国Format摄影节,东京艺术书展、中国abC艺术书展、济南国际摄影双年展等,并将与知名中国摄影书出版机构假杂志合作,正式出版摄影书《耳鸣》。
作品被国内外多家媒体刊载介绍,包括FT金融时报(英国)、Vogue Italia The China Issue、(意大利)The Wire(英国)、IDEAT理想家、Aint Bad Magazine, ARTISAN, Ignant等。

作为图虫app的品牌负责人,她于2016年策划创办了“摄影书房”项目,旨在发掘和推荐中国的年轻摄影艺术家,形式包括艺术家访谈和线下书展。2018年,她策划并发起了第一个中国摄影师演讲项目“Open See Talks”,至今在全国范围内举办过九场演讲,覆盖6个城市及26位年轻影像艺术家。除此之外,她也通过策展、出版等形式,为数百位摄影师提供曝光机会。

Photographer/Writer/Brand Manager of Tuchong (a Chinese photography community)
Born in Hefei,China, 1988
Lives in Beijing,China

Du Yang (b.1988, Heifei, China) is the head of branding in the photography community Tuchong under ByteDance group. She received a BA in literature from Beijing Film Academy, currently works and lives in Beijing.
Her works are obsessed with the relationship between photography and literature, and ways that they interplay with each other. The arranged photographs and texts turn into "photographic literature" which implies narratives and emotional feelings that beyond the image itself. Her works and self-published art-books have awarded and exhibited internationally. "Inner time" has been shortlisted in Three Shadow Photography Award; solo exhibited "A Handful of Sand" in Nagoya University, Japan, project gallery「clas」.
Yang appeared in multiple photography events, such as Format International Photography Festival, Tokyo Art Book Fair, abC Art Book Fair, and The Fifth China Jinan International Photography Biennial. She was also featured by Financial Times Magazine (UK), The Wire(UK), Vogue Italia, IDEAT(China), Aint Bad Magazine(U.S), etc.
Yang established Photobook Lab in 2016, dedicated to discover and support young photographic artists in China by launch artist talks and offline photo-book fairs. In 2018, she organized Chinese first photographic artist talk project "Open See Talks", already held 9 lectures that included 26 artists over 6 cities in China mainland up to now. She also offered exposure for over a hundred photographers by curation and publication.
